Do I own the land?
Yes. UK Land is a tangible asset: you own the freehold title and retain control of your plot.
Will there be any other fees?
The only additional charge is the land registry fee and process which is currently $995.00 (subject to change).
Can I sell the plot of land?
As soon as the land registry deed arrives in your name, you are free to sell, donate or bequeath your plot of land, or retain in your portfolio.
Can I use my IRA or other retirement fund to purchase the plot of land?
Yes. We work with all of the major IRA Custodians. We can help you with this process if necessary.
Can I build on my plot?
At present the land is greenfield which does not allow any type of development, once it is re-zoned it can be built on (subject to planning permission), past records show that once the land has been rezoned and is available for development the value has increased by up to 800%.
If the land is re-zoned what choices are available to me?
You will have the choice to sell your plot at a profit either yourself or through a developer or agent.

1. Complete a RESERVATION FORM.
2. Forward the completed form with your deposit check in the amount of $1,000 made payable to Asset North America. to your representative.
3. A Land Purchase Contract will be forwarded to you by Asset North America for completion.
4. Record purchase and transfer funds.
5. Assume ownership of the land.

What are the different types of land?
GREENBELT - Largely undeveloped and sparsely occupied land that has been set aside in order to contain development, to prevent towns merging and to provide open space. Greenbelt boundaries can change in response to the requirements for additional housing.
GREENFIELD - Land that has not previously been developed. It includes forestry, agricultural land and associated buildings that have blended into the natural landscape.
BROWNFIELD - Common term for land that has previously been developed. Land that is, or was, occupied by a permanent structure, which is no longer in use.
